Tickner Safety cordially invites you to a unique Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) networking session, discussing the dynamic landscape of this recent Supreme Court of Canada decision and the impacts and challenges facing stakeholders in the Province of Ontario.

This engaging session will see lawyers involved in the case (Citation: R. v. Greater Sudbury (City), 2023 SCC 28) provide well-rounded perspectives and critical insights by delving into the legal significance of the court’s decision and the impacts facing Owners, Constructors, Employers and other buyers of construction services.
